Hotel Accommodations

Based on our current bookings and to ensure as many delegates as possible can come and experience convention we are asking that companies and brokerages only book the number of rooms they absolutely require and not hold rooms that could be offered to others. We only have a limited amount of rooms available and we want to accommodate as many guests as possible. Although Halifax is fortunate to have a number of hotels in its downtown, many are priced at rates that would not allow some delegates to attend this event.
