Following the meeting a luncheon will be provided for AGM attendees and invited guests, including IBANS annual sponsors. We will also be joined by Ann-Marie Flinn who will present on "Overcoming Leadership Barriers: How Brokers Can Unlock their Full Potential" during lunch.
Ann-Marie Flinn is an executive coach, facilitator and keynote speaker, specializing in transformational leadership and mindset development. With over 35 years of experience working with leaders across various industries, including Fortune 100 companies, Ann-Marie empowers broker principals and leadership teams to break through internal barriers, including perfectionism and fixed thinking. Her expertise in mindset shifts and practical tools uniquely positions her to help IBANS members unlock their full potential and confidently navigate change in today’s fast-evolving insurance landscape.
