Job Description / Duties

Reporting to the Personal Lines Sales Manager, and ad Customer Service Representative you will:

Communicate with customers to update files and facilitate claims, renewals, and policy changes with precision and care.

Track and manage customer renewals to enhance retention and streamline processes.

Conduct thorough policy reviews to ensure our customers have the best coverage at the best rates, because anything less just won't cut it.

Guide our customers through the maze of insurance options with expert advice and personalized recommendations.

Be the first point of contact for new claims, providing clarity and support every step of the way.

Put the customer first, all while assisting the Personal Lines team in delivering on their Key Performance Targets.

Act as an ambassador for Munn by always representing and promoting our brand and business in a positive way to our key communities, including customers, prospects, insurance partners, and suppliers.

Communicate with customers to update files and facilitate claims, renewals, and policy changes with precision and care.

Be an active and positive contributor to our fantastic culture helping to make Munn a great place to work.

And of course, other duties as required.
