Job Description / Duties
Provide front-line and on-line Customer Service for Existing and New Clients, Responsible for Retention, Account Development, Servicing client needs, Data entry in our Broker Management System and Company Broker Portals.
Able to keep current on underwriting rules, coverage changes and workflow processes.
Qualifications / Required Skills
* Level I Nova Scotia Insurance Brokers License
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Insurance Industry.
* Dedicated Time Management Skills
* Excellent Communication Skills
* People Oriented
* Team Player
* Progression towards completion of CAIB Designation (Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker) and /or CIP Designation (Chartered Insurance Professional ) is an asset.
Salary: We offer a competitive Compensation Package including Base Salary, Group Benefits and incentives. To be determined based on qualifications for this position.
