Mental Health in the Workplace

The Mental Health in the Workplace session will include a brief description of mental health and why strong mental health is important in the workplace. We’ll also look at what our own mental health looks like at various points on the Mental Health Continuum. Participants will also discover ways to not only support themselves in the workplace but co-workers as well. The session will also look at some common workplace accommodations for those struggling with their mental health as well as demonstrating how we can effectively advocate for ourselves and co-workers in the workplace.
