What You Receive
An exhibitor package will be shared with registered booths and will provide details on everything you need to make the most of the event. Below is a list of what is included:
- 6 x 10 booth space
- One 6 ft draped table
- Two chairs
- One full delegate registration for the entire event - October 7 & 8, including all convention activities with the exception of the city tour
- NOTE: Additional staff representing your company may register through the event site as tradeshow employees and for any of our additional activities.
- Listing on website, convention app, and on-site exhibitor related signage
Registration Policy
There are no cancellations or refunds. Completing your registration is your commitment to be part of the event. Booth spaces will be assigned at the discretion of the organizing committee.
Important Deadline
All exhibitors must complete and submit a Certificate of Insurance (COI) by August 26, 2026. If a COI is not received by the deadline, the booth space will be offered to another exhibitor on the waitlist.
