What you need to know!

1. Register online

Booths are awarded on a first come first served basis with the completion of an online registration

(there will be a waitlist and companies will be contacted if space becomes available)

2. Review the Exhibitor Details Package

We want to maximize your experience and that of our delegates so please make sure you come prepared! Exhibitor Package

You will also be sent information with shipping details from Global Convention Services.

3. Submit a Certificate of Insurance

Exhibitors must submit a Certificate of Insurance before September 5, 2025. ** If a certificate is not received your spot will be forfeited to the next person on our waitlist.

Cost of the Booth

The cost of a booth for this event is $950.00 plus HST. This price also includes one full delegate registration.

All other tradeshow employees must register as such and will have the opportunity to select other activities from the a la carte offerings when registering.

A list of all exhibitors will be added to this website once all spots are confirmed. Companies will also appear on our event app.
